STEP 2
CBCT Acquisition & 3D Digital Design
The foundation of every custom implant begins with precise imaging. Our team will help you obtain a high-resolution CBCT scan. Whether you already have a recent scan or need assistance acquiring one, we will guide you through the process and provide the exact imaging requirements necessary for accurate design.
Once we receive your DICOM files, our engineering team begins creating the first three-dimensional blueprint of your custom implants. Using your unique facial anatomy as our blueprint, we begin transforming your aesthetic goals into a personalized digital treatment plan. Every contour, projection, and proportion is carefully engineered specifically for you.

STEP 3
Design Refinement & Facial Mapping
Once your preliminary design has been created, we begin the refinement phase. During this collaborative design session, your custom implants are carefully reviewed and refined based on your aesthetic goals, facial proportions, and anatomical structure. Every contour, projection, and transition is evaluated to create a result that looks natural, balanced, and uniquely yours.
This is where engineering meets artistry. Together, we refine your digital blueprint until it accurately reflects your vision while respecting the natural harmony of your face.
STEP 4
Surgeon Cross-Check & Surgical Planning
Once your preliminary design is complete, we schedule a collaborative video consultation with you and the surgeon whose expertise best aligns with your anatomy and treatment goals. This meeting allows everyone involved in your care to review the proposed treatment plan together before manufacturing begins.
During this consultation, the surgeon will:
- Review your custom implant design.
- Evaluate the plan for safety, function, and surgical feasibility.
- Discuss the procedure and answer your medical questions.
- Recommend refinements when appropriate.
- Confirm that the final treatment plan aligns with your goals.
- Only after both you and the surgeon approve the design is your treatment plan finalized and your surgery scheduled. This collaborative planning process ensures that engineering, surgery, and patient expectations are fully aligned before your custom implants move into production.

Dual-Surgeon Surgical Coordination
Some patients benefit from combining structural skeletal enhancement with complementary soft-tissue procedures. When appropriate, we coordinate what we call our Dual-Surgeon Synergy Model.
Rather than asking one surgeon to perform every aspect of treatment, two highly specialized surgeons collaborate during the same anesthesia session, with each focusing exclusively on the procedures within their area of expertise.
