Feminizing this area usually means reducing width and angularity along the jawline and reshaping the chin to a shorter, narrower, more tapered point.
Because these changes are primarily about removing bone rather than adding it, jaw and chin feminization is generally a reduction and reshaping procedure performed by your surgical team, not an implant procedure on its own.
Custom PEEK/DMI implants become relevant when reduction alone doesn’t fully achieve the goal — most often to correct asymmetry left after bone reduction, refine chin projection or taper once the jaw has been narrowed, or build in a smooth contour transition that a freehand reduction can’t reliably reproduce on both sides.
